To Better Serve our Customers
August 2011 – As technology quickly changes so too must the way we do business. Implementing state-of-the-art software and communication tools to better serve our clients is crucial to developing customer satisfaction and loyalty. We have recently made some improvements to better serve our customers.
- First, Massaro Restoration will be incorporating Insite360 into our day-to-day business practices. This program will not only better our internal process but, more importantly, will benefit our customers by providing up-to-date information about their specific project. Our customers will be able to enter a password protected site to check all aspects of their project, which will include the status, invoicing, product selections, pictures, contact information and much more.InSite360’s innovative approach to process standardization and logistical coordination puts the results of everyone’s daily efforts into one easy to use tool. The result is a Virtual Office that is always available, regardless of time or location.

- Do you know what a QR Code is? It is an abbreviation for Quick Response code. Simplistically, it is a two-dimensional code that is readable by your Smartphone. Our QR codes are on the back of our business cards and when utilized by your Smartphone will automatically input Massaro Restoration’s V-Card into your phone. The second Massaro Restoration QR code will take you to the services page of our web site.
These improvements are intended to develop a way to better serve our customers, create trust, and to demonstrate a level of service expected by today’s demanding clients.
