Massaro Restoration Recognizes Our Employees
June 2009 – Unfortunately, it is a natural instinct to complain whenever a project doesn’t go as planned. However, it takes a true effort to tell a person “good job” or “we appreciate your exemplary efforts.” That is why at Massaro Restoration, we like to share positive commentary with our employees and recognize outstanding personnel.
Recently, the Massaro Restoration team provided services to a residential client who experienced a flood. Rita and Greg Yost were so pleased with the service they received that they took the time to write a letter and express their complete satisfaction with the project. Hats off the to the Restoration team beginning with Stan Kirsnes, who made the first visit to the Yost residence and began guiding them through the process. Stan supervised the crew that consisted of Brian Syska, Dave Rothert and Dave Loncaric. The job then transitioned to Chad Salerno.
According to Mr. Yost, “Wow, those guys are good. Craftsman. Gentlemen. Just nice people. They never complained and they worked their butts off, all day long. I own my own company, in the service industry, and you should be very proud of those guys and the company you built.”
We appreciate the positive feedback from our clients and we are proud to have employees who naturally work hard and are customer oriented.
