Fred Jezzi

Fred Jezzi is the General Manager of Massaro Restoration Services, LLC and is responsible for the daily operation of the Restoration Division; supervision of the Business Development, Estimating, Financial and Production Departments. Mr. Jezzi began his career with Massaro Restoration Services in 2005 as lead estimator and was promoted to General Manager in 2008. He carries with him over 15 years of construction and restoration knowledge/experience and is certified in fire, water and odor technology. Among his other duties, Mr. Jezzi continues to visit losses, prepare estimates and works closely with Insurance Companies and clients to assure the successful completion of projects.
Chad Salerno
Project Coordinator

Chad Salerno is the Project Coordinator for Massaro Restoration Services, LLC and is responsible for the daily operation of the Production Department. His duties include reviewing work scopes with customers, assisting with selections, ordering materials, scheduling technicians & projects and overseeing production of all projects to completion. Chad brings over 17 years of construction and restoration knowledge to Massaro Restoration Services and is experienced in both residential and commercial properties. He divides his time between review of estimates, site visits and interactions with both Insurance Companies and clients to provide our customers quality work in a timely manner.
Stan Kirsnes
Lead Estimator

Stan Kirsnes entered the insurance restoration industry in 1989 after twenty years doing historic restoration of houses and buildings. He is experienced in all phases of property restoration including fire, smoke, water, mold, storm and general aging problems. Stan started at Massaro Restoration Services in June of 2008, after spending two years in New Orleans working on the restoration of more than two dozen churches damaged by Hurricane Katrina. Duties at Massaro are primarily writing scopes of work and negotiating estimates of repair with insurance carriers. His expertise with both historic and disaster restoration brings a unique and valuable perspective to the needs of our customers.
Lisa Clark
Office Manager

Lisa Clark joined Massaro in 2006 with more than seven years of experience in the engineering and general contractor fields. In January 2009, she was promoted into the restoration division as the Office Manager. This position requires her to handle all of the administrative duties such as ordering supplies, call handling, sales support, and all aspects of customer service. Lisa is also responsible for accounts receivable/payable and collections, as well as maintaining the department’s financial reports, preparing the weekly production meeting reports and keeping the daily activities of all of the Restoration Services employees organized and moving as smoothly as possible.
